Head to the Register page, fill in your full name, email address, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth, then set a username and a strong password. In the final step, enter any promo code you have, optionally set a daily deposit limit, confirm you are 18 or older, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and hit "Create My WinRups Account." KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. Log in to your WinRups account, navigate to Account Settings → Verification, and upload a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (front and back). In most cases, verification is completed within a few hours. Having your CNIC ready before you plan to withdraw will save time. WinRups may also request a selfie holding your CNIC for additional confirmation in certain cases.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email address registered to your account. A password reset link will be emailed to you — it expires in 30 minutes. Yes — log in and go to Account Settings → Security & Contact Details. You can update both your email address and your Pakistani mobile number. WinRups will send a verification code to the new email or number to confirm the change. Note that you cannot update to a contact detail already associated with a different WinRups account.

Accounts are automatically locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts as a security precaution. The lock lifts automatically after 30 minutes, or you can contact support@winrups.com to have it removed immediately after we verify your identity. If your account was locked because of suspicious activity you did not initiate, change your password as soon as you regain access and enable two-factor authentication from Account Settings.

Before closing your account, please consider whether a cool-off period or self-exclusion might be more appropriate if the reason is related to gambling. To close your account, contact support@winrups.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request." Our team will process the request after verifying your identity. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure. Account closures due to suspected problem gambling are handled with priority and additional care.

All transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — no currency conversion, no hidden fees. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically the fastest, often credited in under two minutes.

The minimum deposit at WinRups is Rs 500 when using Easypaisa or JazzCash. For bank transfers (IBFT), the minimum is Rs 1,000 due to bank processing minimums. For Visa/Mastercard, the minimum is Rs 1,500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by WinRups, though your payment provider may impose their own daily transfer caps.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are almost always credited to your WinRups account within 2–5 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits typically take 5–10 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) can take 15–30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits are usually instant to 10 minutes. If a deposit has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact support@winrups.com with your transaction reference number and we will investigate immediately.

Log in to your WinRups account, navigate to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash typically process within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals take 1–3 business hours. WinRups requires KYC verification to be completed before your first withdrawal — make sure your CNIC is uploaded and approved first to avoid delays.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. There is no upper limit on withdrawals, though large withdrawals may take slightly longer to process as they go through additional security checks. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.

WinRups does not charge any platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your Rs 5,000 deposit arrives as Rs 5,000, and your Rs 5,000 withdrawal is sent as Rs 5,000. However, your payment provider (bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash) may charge their own standard transaction fees per their current fee schedule — that is outside WinRups' control. Always check your provider's current fee structure before transacting.

First, wait the standard processing time for your chosen method (see above). If it has been longer than 30 minutes and your deposit has not appeared, note your transaction ID or reference number from your Easypaisa/JazzCash/bank app and email it to support@winrups.com with the subject "Missing Deposit." Our finance team will trace the transaction and resolve it — usually within a few hours. Do not make a second deposit for the same session until the first one is confirmed.

For anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance, WinRups generally requires withdrawals to be made to the same account or method used for the most recent deposit. For example, if you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal should be to the same Easypaisa account. If you have a genuine reason for using a different method, contact support@winrups.com before requesting the withdrawal and our team will guide you through the correct process.

No — WinRups operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are in PKR. If you attempt to pay via an international card that charges in USD or another currency, your card issuer will apply their exchange rate before the transaction reaches WinRups. To avoid this, use a local Pakistani payment method such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, or a PKR-denominated bank account.

The most common reasons for a declined or delayed withdrawal are: KYC verification has not been completed; the requested withdrawal method differs from the deposit method; you still have active wagering requirements on a bonus balance; the amount includes bonus funds that have not yet been cleared; or there is a routine security review on a large withdrawal. New WinRups players receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 50,000. So if you deposit Rs 10,000, you receive Rs 10,000 in bonus funds — giving you Rs 20,000 to play with. The bonus is credited automatically to your account after your first qualifying deposit. The wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount and must be completed within 30 days. A wagering requirement means you need to bet your bonus a certain number of times before you can withdraw it. WinRups' welcome bonus has a 20× wagering requirement. So if you received Rs 10,000 in bonus funds, you need to place Rs 200,000 worth of total bets before that bonus amount can be withdrawn. Bets on sports (cricket, football, etc.) and jackpot slots contribute 100% toward wagering. Baccarat and some table games contribute at a lower rate — check the promotions terms for the specific contribution percentages.

No manual claim is needed. Simply register your WinRups account, complete your first deposit of at least Rs 500, and the welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically. Promo codes are intended for individual use and can generally only be used once per account. If WinRups issues a referral code system, separate unique codes are assigned per player. Using the same code across multiple accounts owned by the same person violates the one-account policy and may result in bonus forfeiture. For matches that are abandoned without a result or reduced to a D/L method result, WinRups settles bets according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. For markets where no result is possible (e.g., top bowler on a one-innings-per-side game that reverts to DLS), bets on those specific markets are voided and stakes returned to your account. WinRups displays odds in decimal format by default (e.g., 2.50 means a Rs 1,000 bet returns Rs 2,500 total including your stake). You can switch between decimal, fractional, and Malay/Indonesian odds formats in your account settings if you prefer a different display.
