WinRups Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the WinRups platform at winrups.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is between you ("the Player") and WinRups ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms apply to all WinRups services including sports betting, casino games, jackpot slots, fishing games, esports betting, live cricket scoring, and all promotional offers. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and WinRups.

WinRups reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

To open and maintain a WinRups account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WinRups takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have an active self-exclusion arrangement with WinRups.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. False or misleading registration details may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or artificial entity registrations are not permitted.

WinRups reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including during registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or as part of an account review. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold only one WinRups account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your WinRups account login credentials confidential. Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. WinRups will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

• Notify WinRups immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All bets and transactions placed from your account — even without your knowledge — are your responsibility unless WinRups is satisfied that a genuine breach of security occurred.
• You may not transfer funds between WinRups accounts, sell your account, or allow any other person to use your account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

WinRups accounts are for personal use only. Using a WinRups account for commercial purposes, including running a betting syndicate or acting as a payment intermediary, is prohibited.

WinRups processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes above under normal operating conditions. WinRups reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours if additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit — this is a standard anti-money laundering control.

All deposited funds are held in ring-fenced player accounts separate from WinRups operational funds. Player balances are not exposed to WinRups business liabilities.

WinRups offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless the individual promotion's page states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 20× the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus, you must wager Rs 100,000 in eligible games before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Time Limit: Bonuses must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited. Bonuses not wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Eligible Games: Sports betting contributes 100% toward wagering requirements. Casino slots contribute 100%. Live dealer games (including baccarat) contribute 10%. Fishing games contribute 50%. Esports betting contributes 100%.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is attached to your account, the maximum permitted single bet is Rs 2,000. Bets exceeding this amount while a bonus is active may be voided at WinRups discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your WinRups account at any time. You may not combine or stack multiple bonuses.
• One Offer Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, shared IP address, and shared device.

WinRups reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Current promotions are published on the Promotions page and represent the definitive, up-to-date offer terms.

All sports bets placed on WinRups are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules in full.

• Bet Acceptance: WinRups reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. Odds are subject to change until the bet is formally confirmed in your WinRups bet history. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number.
• Obvious Errors: If odds are published due to a palpable error — such as a cricket match priced at the wrong decimal or a mis-listed team — WinRups reserves the right to void all affected bets regardless of the outcome, even after the event has concluded.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live bets are accepted subject to WinRups risk controls. In-play odds are indicative until acceptance is confirmed. Delays in internet connectivity do not make WinRups liable for bets that were not successfully placed.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum single bet on WinRups is Rs 100. The minimum accumulator leg value is Rs 100. The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is Rs 10,000,000 (Rs one crore) regardless of the calculated potential return.
• Match Integrity: Any bet suspected of being placed on a fixed or corrupted event will be voided and the matter referred to relevant authorities. WinRups cooperates fully with any sporting integrity investigation.
• Abandoned & Postponed Matches: If a match is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all single-game markets will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be recalculated with the voided leg removed.

Pakistan international cricket and PSL fixtures are WinRups's most active betting markets. Cricket betting is governed by ICC and PCB match rules as applicable. Specific cricket betting rules — including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications — are published in the WinRups cricket betting rules document accessible via support chat.

All casino games — including slots, baccarat, fishing games, and any other WinRups casino titles — are powered by certified random number generation (RNG) technology from independently audited game providers. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published within the game interface or available on request from support.

• Malfunctions Void All Pays: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, any bets placed during the affected period will be voided and stakes returned. WinRups is not liable for any winnings generated as a result of a game error.
• Baccarat: Live baccarat games are streamed from licenced studio providers. Table limits are displayed before each session. Rules for side bets (such as Player Pair, Banker Pair, and Super Six) are displayed within the table interface. WinRups standard terms apply in all disputes.
• Jackpot Slots: Progressive jackpot pools are funded by a percentage contribution from all wagers made on eligible titles. Jackpot wins are verified before payout. Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and updated in near-real time.
• Fishing Games: Bullet values and fish multipliers are as displayed in the game interface at the time of play. Boss creature payouts are subject to final verification. In multiplayer rooms, the player who lands the final hit on a boss creature claims the boss multiplier.

All game outcomes at WinRups are final once confirmed. WinRups does not accept retrospective disputes about confirmed game results unless a verifiable technical error is identified through our audit logs.

WinRups is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across all its services. Gambling should always be treated as entertainment — never as a source of income, and never with money that you cannot afford to lose.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all WinRups players at no cost, accessible immediately from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. WinRups will display a reminder at the limit and log you out automatically if you do not respond.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods between 24 hours and 30 days. Access to betting and casino is blocked during a cool-off but you may still withdraw your balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from WinRups for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed. All marketing communications will cease immediately.

WinRups does not direct marketing communications at players who have activated any responsible gaming restriction. Players who have self-excluded will not receive promotional emails, SMS messages, or bonus offers for the duration of the exclusion period.

WinRups reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if any of the following are established or reasonably suspected:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts have been opened by the same player (duplicate account policy).
• False, inaccurate, or misleading information was provided during registration or verification.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting schemes, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Suspicious betting patterns consistent with match-fixing, insider knowledge, or arbitrage.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions.
• Any activity that WinRups reasonably believes may constitute fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at WinRups staff or other platform users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be frozen for the duration of the review. If the investigation concludes that no breach of these Terms occurred, the full balance will be returned and the account restored. If a breach is confirmed, WinRups reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and retain any winnings derived from prohibited activity.

Players wishing to close their own WinRups account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at support@winrups.com. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

WinRups collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering a WinRups account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

WinRups will never sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data WinRups holds about them, to request corrections, and to request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations). All such requests should be submitted to support@winrups.com.

All content on the WinRups platform — including but not limited to the WinRups brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of WinRups or its licenced suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any WinRups content without express prior written consent from WinRups. Automated access to the WinRups platform — including bots, scrapers, and data mining tools — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to WinRups become the property of WinRups and may be used without compensation or acknowledgement to the submitting player.

WinRups may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, WinRups will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to all registered players before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of the WinRups platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using WinRups and close your account. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
